Our investigators come from diverse backgrounds but are mainly comprised of former military and law enforcement professionals. 

 

Our founder and President, Rafael Torres, is active in the overall direction and growth of the organization, managing the firm’s daily operations, and actively working with clients. 

Prior to founding PIF, Mr. Torres spent 12 years building a successful full-service Floridia investigations firm which focused on Insurance Defense investigations. Prior to that, 

Mr. Torres spent 14 years as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service.
